基于“元素养教育”背景下的医学文献检索课程改革研究

Research on the Curriculum Reform of Medical Literature Retrieval Under the Background of Meta-literacy Education

在分析元素养教育背景下医学文献检索课程存在问题的基础上,以哈尔滨医科大学大庆校区2017级、2018级精神医学、康复治疗、医学信息学、护理学等4个专业4个教学班级11个自然班级的医学文献检索课程教学改革为例介绍了本校在教材内容、教学重点、考核设计以及教学形式上的改革方式,特别对教学形式中的慕课(MOOC)形式、三明治教学法、分组教学、课下线上维护做了详细的介绍,提出了按照学生信息素养状况调整理论实践学时比例和训练内容的教学方式,并对教学成果反馈进行分析讨论,总结了经验和不足,为大数据、新媒体时代的医学文献检索课程改革提供了研究基础。

This article analysis the problems in medical literature retrieval course under the background of element education,taking the teaching reform of the medical literature retrieval course of the Harbin Medical University(DaQing)2017,2018 levels of Psychiatry,rehabilitation,health informatics,nursing,4 professional teaching classes,11 natural classes the design and assessment of teaching materials,in particular,it has made a detailed introduction to the MOOC form in the teaching form,the sandwich teaching method,the group teaching,and the offline maintenance,this paper puts forward the teaching method of adjusting the proportion of theoretical practice hours and training contents according to the state of Students'information literacy,and analyzes and discusses the feedback of teaching results,sums up the experience and shortage,it provides a research basis for the reform of medical literature retrieval course in the era of big data and new media.
