CBL Combined With PBL Teaching Method in TCM Pediatrics Theory Teaching

摘要 目的研究融合CBL(基于案例学)教学法与PBL(基于问题学)教学法在中医儿科学理论教学的应用效果。方法以本院2018年1月—2020年3月入院实习的52名学生为例,按照随机数表法分为两组,各26名,其中对照组采用传统教学,观察组采用CBL、PBL教学法联合教学。比较两组学生的考核成绩与对教学的满意度情况,并分析应用效果。结果观察组学生理论知识、病例讨论结果与实际操作技能等考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组学生对各项教学的满意度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统教学法,经CBL与PBL联合教学法干预,可有效提高教学质量,提升学生学习积极与实际操作能力。 Objective To study the application effect of CBL(case based learning)teaching method and PBL(problem-based learning)teaching method in TCM pediatrics theory teaching.Methods A total of 52 students admitted to our hospital for practice from January 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into two groups by the number table method,with 26 students in each group.The control group was the traditional teaching method,while the observation group was the combined teaching method of CBL and PBL.The assessment results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared,and the application effect was analyzed.Results The scores of theoretical knowledge,case discussion results and practical operation skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);the satisfaction of the students in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional teaching method,the combined teaching method can effectively improve the teaching quality and enhance the students'learning enthusiasm and practical operation ability.
