精准教学在基础护理教学中的应用研究

摘要 目的探讨基于在线学情数据分析的精准教学模式在基础护理学课程中的应用,并分析其教学效果。方法于2020年3月-7月期间采用整群抽样法选择本校2018级护理专科生(n=43)为试验组研究对象,另一平行班级护生(n=43)为对照组研究对象。根据在线学情数据分析结果进行精准教学,包括学情数据分析、制定个性化任务、远程直播教学、成绩评价。对比两组学生学习效果评价及对教师教学效果评价情况。结果试验组学生参与投入程度明显更高(P<0.05),在课程成绩方面,试验组单元测试成绩高于对照组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护生对教师教学效果评价结果显示,试验组教师在教学方法、教学效果维度得分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于在线学情数据分析的精准教学满足了学生个性化的学习需求,促进了学生参与投入在线学习,提高了教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of precision teaching based on online learning data analysis in basic nursing course.Methods During the period from March to July 2020,2018 nursing students(n=43)of our university were selected as the research object of the experimental group by cluster sampling,and nursing students in another parallel class(n=43)is the research object of the control group.Accurate teaching is carried out according to the online learning situation data analysis results,including learning situation data analysis,formulation of personalized tasks,remote live teaching and performance evaluation.The learning effect evaluation of the two groups of students and the evaluation of teachers'Teaching effect are compared.Results The degree of participation and investment of students in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05).In terms of course scores,the unit test scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of students'evaluation of teachers'teaching effect showed that the scores of teachers in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The precision teaching based on online learning data analysis can meet the students'personalized learning needs and improve the teaching effect.
