摘要
随着现代医学模式的转变及医疗卫生体制的改革,住院医师规范化培训已成为医学生毕业后继续教育的重要一环。儿科学由于其专业特殊性,面临着搜集病史困难,且一个患儿身后有多个家属,医患沟通相对复杂等情况,这要求儿科医师有着极强的专业素养,对一名优秀的儿科医生而言,住院医师规范化培训是必不可少的一部分。PBL联合CBL教学模式作为一种重要教学手段,在问题的基础上,教师引导学生思考,再结合临床实际病例,讨论分析具体诊疗思路及治疗方案,将理论知识与临床实践紧密结合,极大的培养了住培生临床诊疗思维及临床工作能力。PBL教学法和CBL教学法各有利弊,将二者结合,取长补短,培养学生独立思考过程,不断提高学生的主动性和积极性,注重培养学生的临床动手能力,在多方面多层次为儿科住院医师制定全面具体的培养计划。正确应用PBL联合CBL教学模式,同时基于问题和案例对住培生进行教学,既可以提升儿科住培生的临床综合能力,又可以提高培训基地的教学质量,在儿科住院医师规范化培训中有着重要意义。
With the transformation of modern medical model and the reform of medical and health system,the standardized training of resident docters has become an indispensable part of the continuing education of medical students after graduation.Due to the specialty particularity of pediatrics,it is difficult to collect medical history,and a child has multiple family members,relatively complex doctor-patient communication,and so forth.So pediatricians need to be very professional.Standardized residency training is an essential part of being a good pediatrician.As an important teaching method,the teaching mode of PBL and CBL guides students to think on the basis of problems,combined with actual clinical cases,discusses and analyzes specific diagnosis and treatment ideas and treatment plans.It combines the theoretical knowledge and clinical practice tightly,greatly develop the clinical diagnosis and treatment thinking and clinical work ability of the students in the standardized training of resident physicians.PBL teaching method and CBL teaching method have their own advantages and disadvantages,and they should be combined to learn from each other.It can cultivate students'independent thinking process,thus improving the students'initiative and positivity,pay attention to cultivate the students'clinical operational ability.And make comprehensive and specific training plans for pediatric resident physicians in many aspects and levels.The correct application of PBL combined with CBL teaching mode means teaching students based on problems and cases at the same time,which can not only improve the clinical comprehensive ability of pediatric residents,but also improve the teaching quality of the training base.This is of great significance in the standardized training of pediatric resident physicians.
