情景模拟联合案例分析法在新护士操作培训中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨基于建构主义理论的情景模拟联合案例分析法在新护士岗前操作培训中的应用效果。方法采用整群抽样、非同期对照法选择2018年新入职护士91名为对照组,选择2019年新入职护士93名为观察组;对照组采用传统培训模式,观察组以建构主义理论为指导,实施情景模拟联合案例分析法。比较两组新护士在岗前操作培训考核总成绩、操作考核条目得分及岗前操作培训满意度。结果观察组在操作考核总成绩、考核条目得分以及岗前操作培训满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于建构主义理论的情景模拟联合案例分析法对新护士岗前操作培训效果优于传统培训模式,可有效提高新护士岗前操作培训质量和培训效果。 Objective To explore the application of situation simulation method combined with case analysis method based on constructivist teaching model in pre-job training for new nurses in maternity and children special hospitals.Methods 91 newly recruited nurses in 2018 were selected as the control group,and 93 newly recruited nurses in 2019 were selected as the observation group,on the basis of the traditional training mode,the observation group integrated the situation simulation method and the case analysis method under the constructivist teaching mode.Two groups of new nurses on-the-job training operation test results,operation assessment problems and on-the-job operation training satisfaction.Results The scores of operation test and the satisfaction of Operation Training in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The situation simulation method based on constructivism teaching mode combined with case analysis method is better than the traditional training mode for new nurses'pre-post Operation Training,which improves the satisfaction of new nurses to the pre-post operation training.
