摘要 目的探讨情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学在骨科教学中的效果。方法选取2018年6月-2020年6月以来在广州中医药大学第一附属医院实习的骨科专业医学生56名,随机分成研究组和对照组各28名,对照组采用传统教学法教学,研究组采用情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学。观察分析两组自主学习情况和课堂氛围、教学成绩以及教学培训满意度等。结果研究组团队协作能力、分析解决问题能力、临床思维能力、自主学习能力、学习兴趣及积极性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组理论考核、单项操作考核以及综合素质考核评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组教学培训满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在骨科教学中应用情景模拟结合以问题为先导的启发式教学具有理想效果,可有效增强医学生对学习的主动性,提高其理论与实践能力,进而增强医学生对教学培训的满意度,并使自主学习能力得到进一步提升。 Objective To explore the effect of scenario simulation combined with problem-led heuristic teaching in orthopedics teaching.Methods A total of 56 orthopedic medical students who had practiced in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected and randomly divided into study group and control group(28 cases each).The control group adopted traditional teaching method,while the study group adopted situational simulation combined with problem-led heuristic teaching.Observe and analyze the situation of autonomous learning,classroom atmosphere,teaching performance and teaching and training satisfaction of the two groups.Results The research group had higher teamwork ability,problem solving ability,clinical thinking ability,autonomous learning ability,learning interest and enthusiasm than the control group(P<0.05).The scores of theory assessment,single operation assessment and comprehensive quality assessment of the study group were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Teaching and training satisfaction of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application scenario simulation combined with problems in orthopaedic teaching as the forerunner of the heuristic teaching has ideal effect,can effectively enhance the initiative of medical students in learning,improve the ability of its theory and practice,to strengthen medical students'satisfaction to the training of teaching,and to further enhance the independent learning ability.
