多媒体联合MDT模式在肿瘤学临床教学中的效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨肿瘤学临床教学中应用多媒体技术联合MDT模式的教学效果观察。方法以80名进入西安交通大学第一附属医院肿瘤科学习的进修医师及实习医学生为研究对象,时间为2017年1月-2019年12月,采用随机数表法将参加学习人员平均分为两组,即A组与B组各40名,A组采用传统教学方式,B组采用多媒体技术联合MDT模式的教学方式,对比两组综合成绩考核情况。结果B组学生的各项考核结果及满意度均明显优于A组(P<0.01)。结论肿瘤学临床教学中应用多媒体技术联合MDT模式的教学能提高学生的理论知识、基础知识及实际操作能力,教学质量得到显著提高,学生的学习兴趣被激发,取得良好的教学效果。 Objective To explore the effect of multimedia technology combined with MDT in clinical oncology teaching.Methods 80 doctors and interns who were enrolled in the oncology department of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University were selected as the study participants,and the time was from January 2017 to December 2019.The participants were divided into two groups by the method of random number table,i.e.40 in group A and 40 in group B respectively.Group A adopted the traditional teaching method,and group B adopted the teaching method of multimedia technology combined with MDT.The performance assessment of the two groups was evaluated.Results The assessment results and satisfaction of students in group B were significantly better than those in group A(P<0.01).Conclusion The application of multimedia technology combined with MDT model in oncology clinical teaching can improve the theoretical knowledge,basic knowledge and practical operation ability of students.The teaching quality has been significantly improved,students'interest in learning has been stimulated,and good teaching effect has been achieved.
