摘要
目的对比分析传统操作带教与基于问题式操作带教在护理住培生中的应用效果。方法本次试验共选取2019年9月-11月期间和2020年9月-11月期间本院进行护理住培生60名,作为研究对象,2019年9月-11月进行住培的实习护生30名,作为对照组,采用传统操作带教。2020年9月-11月进行住培的实习护生30名,作为试验组,采用基于问题式操作带教。针对两组住培生的带教护理部考核成绩、自评满意度、带教效果进行对比分析。结果在本次研究中,两组带教老师对住培生进行的带教效果评分,课堂出勤、课堂表现、问题提出、学习态度、自我提升的各项评分以及总带教评分,试验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培生的护理考核成绩中理论知识、临床操作技能、护患沟通技巧、总考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组住培生的自评满意度评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于护理住培生的临床操作带教,采用基于问题式操作带教的效果更佳,其教学质量显著优于实施传统操作带教,能够强化护理住培生对操作知识和技术的掌握,使其达到有效的提升。
Objectives To compare and analyze the application effect of traditional operation teaching and problem-based operation teaching in nursing program training.Methods In this experiment,a total of 60 nursing students from September to November 2019 and September to November 2020 were selected as the research objects,and 30 nursing students from September to November 2019 were selected as the control group.From September to November 2020,30 nursing interns were trained as the experimental group,using problem-based operation teaching.The evaluation results,self-evaluation satisfaction and teaching effect of the two groups of regular students were compared and analyzed.Results In this study,the scores of the two groups of teachers on Zhu Peisheng's teaching effect,classroom attendance,classroom performance,problem raising,learning attitude,self-improvement and the total teaching scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The theoretical knowledge,clinical operation skills,nurse-patient communication skills and total assessment scores of resident Pearson in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The self-assessment satisfaction score of resident Pearson in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion for the clinical operation teaching of nursing students,the effect of using problem-based operation teaching is better,the teaching quality is significantly better than that of traditional operation teaching,which can strengthen the mastery of operation knowledge and technology of nursing students.Make it achieve effective improvement.
