继续医学教育是在毕业后,主要学习新理论、新知识、新技术、新方法的一种终生教育。继续医学教育注重医学技术的实用性、先进性和针对性,重视开发卫生技术人员的创造力,着力培养他们的创造性思维,目的是培养高素质的卫生技术人员。继续医学教育项目管理是医疗机构的一项重要的科研,对继续医学教育项目的规范化管理,可以有效的提高医疗机构的业务水平、专业技术水平和管理水平。PDCAS循环既是质量管理的基本方法,也是一门现代的管理技术,主要分为有计划(plan)、实施(do)、检查(check)、行动(action)和标准化(standard)五个部分,在质量管理中应用PDCAS循环的效果比较良好,本文主要分析继续医学教育项目管理的发展现状,研究在继续医学教育项目管理中PDCAS循环的应用情况。

Continuing medical education is a kind of life-long education which mainly studies new theory,new knowledge,new technology and new method after graduation.Continuing medical education emphasizes the practicability,advanced nature and pertinence of medical technology,attaches importance to developing the creativity of health technicians,and focuses on developing their creative thinking,aiming at training high-quality medical technicians.CME project management is an important scientific research in medical institutions.The standardized management of CME projects can effectively improve the professional level,professional technology level and management level of medical institutions.Pdcas cycle is not only the basic method of quality management,but also a modern management technology.It is mainly divided into five parts:plan,do,check,action and standard.The application of pdcas cycle in quality management has a good effect.This paper mainly analyzes the development status of CME project management,and studies the current situation of CME project management application of PDCAS cycle in CME project management.
