浅谈原位模拟教学在急诊医学课程思政建设中的作用

将思政课融入医学专业课中,能够引导医学生树立一个正确的社会主义发展核心价值观。急诊医学课程的特点与课程思政教育理念有着充分的契合点。如何将思政与人文素养教育融入住院医师规范化培训的教学工作中,以岗位胜任力为导向,提高住院医师的职业道德素养,是急诊医学专业课程思政建设的主要研究方向。在容错率极低的急诊医学专业教学过程中,灵活应用原位模拟教学方法的系列内容,可以在不伤害患者的情况下进行专业教学和思想政治教育。原位模拟教学方法在院内急救处置、急救技能社区传播、思政课堂、改良评价工具、心理健康干预等多个方面,达到传授学生知识与引导学生价值观建设相结合的目的。
