摘要
医院行政中层是医院业务发展和科室运营的核心,同时肩负着执行领导工作部署、完成上级交付的各项任务,管理部门工作、带领科室发展和各部门间沟通合作的任务,具有多重角色,是连接医院领导和基层职工的纽带和桥梁。医院行政中层考核是现代医院管理的一项重要内容,对于提高干部队伍整体素质、提升医院发展水平、实现战略管理目标有着重要意义。360度绩效评估法是由上级、同级、下属和自己等层次进行的多角度综合性评价,可以得出一个较全面、公正的考核结果。在医院行政中层考核中运用此方法,针对结果反馈,及时发现问题,提出改进计划,有利于促进被考核者综合水平和业绩能力的提升,带动整个医院的发展。
