摘要
目的分析上海市闵行区适龄儿童轮状病毒疫苗接种率。方法通过上海市闵行区免疫规划信息系统收集所有2013-2020年出生儿童的LLR株轮状病毒减毒疫苗(Lanzhou lamp rotavirus vaccine,LLR)和五价重配轮状病毒疫苗(Pentavalent human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine,RV5)的接种信息,描述性分析出生队列儿童轮状病毒疫苗接种率及其特征。结果上海市闵行区2013-2020年出生队列儿童第1、2、3剂轮状病毒疫苗总接种率分别为61.1%、40.2%、15.1%,3剂次接种率从2013年出生队列的9.0%上升到2020年出生队列的29.8%(趋势χ^(2)=37.18,P=0.001)。LLR第1、2、3剂次平均(中位数)接种年龄分别为8、19、27月龄,RV5分别为2、3、4月龄。父母文化程度高和本地户籍的儿童的LLR或RV5接种率高。结论上海市闵行区适龄儿童轮状病毒疫苗全程接种率低,首剂LLR接种月龄较晚;应加强轮状病毒疫苗知识宣传,促进适龄儿童及时接种疫苗。
Objective To estimate rotavirus vaccine coverage among age-eligible children in Minhang district, Shanghai.Methods We obtained vaccination data on Lanzhou lamb rotavirus vaccine(LLR) and pentavalent human-bovine reassortant rotavirus vaccine(RV5) for children born in 2013-2020 in Minhang from the local immunization information system. We estimate coverage levels and describe characteristics of coverage.Results Overall coverage levels for the first, second, and third doses of rotavirus vaccine were 61.1%, 40.2%, and 15.1%, respectively, among the 2013-2020 birth cohorts in Minhang, Shanghai. Coverage of 3 doses of rotavirus vaccine increased from 9.0% in the 2013 birth cohort to 29.8% in the 2020 birth cohort(trend χ^(2)=37.18, P=0.001). Median vaccination ages were 8, 19, and 27 months for the first, second, and third doses of LLR and 2, 3, and 4 months for the first, second, and third doses of RV5. Coverage levels of LLR and RV5 were higher among children whose parents had higher educational levels or who were local residents.Conclusions Coverage of full-series rotavirus vaccination was low among age-eligible children in Minhang, Shanghai, and the first dose of LLR was administered late. We should improve health education on rotavirus vaccine and promote timely vaccination of age-eligible children.
