退耕还林工程增绿增效,惠农惠民。平凉市实施两轮退耕还林工程以来,生态面貌剧变,林果产业蓬勃发展。在退耕还林工程建设中,平凉市的主要做法是严把设计、启动、栽植、管护、督查和资金使用六个环节,坚持生态与经济、绿化与美化、规模化与多样性、植树造林与生态旅游四个结合。全市退耕还林工程成效显著,主要表现在主导生态建设,助推产业结构调整,带动林果产业,支撑农民脱贫致富和生态文化建设。
