USING ASH FORM TO ANALYZE GASIFIER OPERATION CONDITION

通过长期对多元料浆气化炉运行的监控和操作调节,发现要保证气化炉长周期稳定运行,不仅依靠工艺气分析判断,更要观察气化炉灰渣形态,进行综合分析,研判气化炉运行工况,以便及时调节应对,确保气化炉高效稳定运行。

During long-term monitoring and adjusting of the operation of multi-feed slurry gasifier,we found that the stable and long-cycle operation of the gasifiers relied not only on the analysis of process gas,but also on the observation of ash and slag.A comprehensive analysis of the ash and slag can contribute to the judgement of gasifier′s operation condition to make a quick response so as to ensure efficient and stable operation of the gasifier.
