摘要
介绍水煤浆气化装置灰水单元在运行中出现的外排废水带灰渣进入污水场等问题,通过对灰水工艺系统进行优化,问题得到彻底解决,大大提高了装置运行的稳定性和单周期运行时间,较大程度上降低了职工的劳动强度,具有很好的经济效益、安全环保效益和社会效益。
Waste water discharged from ash water unit in coal water slurry gasification plant to the waste water treatment plant contained ash slag.By optimizing the ash water system,this problem was solved,which greatly improved the stability of plant operation and single cycle operation time,reduced the worker′s labor intensity greatly,and brought about very good economic,safety and environmental benefits and social benefits.
