多措并举实现尿素装置优化运行

摘要 通过简化尿素低压系统氨化操作及优化尿素高压线系统开车技术等工艺改进和设备改造措施,完全改变了以往操作规程,使现场操作更简便,系统控制更稳定,装置运行更经济,实现了尿素装置蒸发系统在线热洗液体的零排放,装置停车后的工艺冷凝液处理量明显降低,减少了环境排放。 By simplifying the ammoniated operation in urea low pressure system,optimizing the start-up process in urea high pressure system through process improvement and equipment reformation,the previous operation procedure was changed thoroughly,making the site operation more simple,system control more stable,and plant operation more cost-saving,meanwhile achieving the zero discharge from on-line hot washing process in urea evaporating system,the reduction of process condensate to treat after plant shut-down,and the emission to the environment.
