尿素装置紧急停车出现的问题及分析

分析二氧化碳汽提工艺尿素装置紧急停车时出现的低压系统压力超压、高压汽提塔底部超温、高压系统压力下降过快、高压氨泵出口管线超压等问题,通过采取一系列的针对性措施,使问题得到了解决。

The problems such as overpressure of low pressure system,over temperature at the bottom of high pressure stripper,rapid pressure drop of high pressure system,overpressure of outlet pipeline of high pressure ammonia pump during emergency shutdown of urea plant in carbon dioxide stripping process were analyzed.Through a series of targeted measures,the problems were solved.
