污泥低温干化技术在煤化工装置的应用及优化 被引量:2

摘要 介绍污水处理站生化污泥处置存在的问题,简要阐明污泥低温干化原理及流程。结合实际情况,回收变换岗位的低温余热作为干化污泥的热源,有效降低污泥干化的费用;干化后的污泥送热电锅炉掺烧副产蒸汽,解决污泥问题的同时充分利用污泥中的有机质燃烧产生的热能,验证了利用变换回收余热可行性和经济性以及选择低温干化工艺技术的合理性。通过对污泥干化装置进一步的优化和改进,实现了干化装置的长周期、稳定、经济运行。 Problems existed in biochemical sludge treatment unit in waste water treatment plant were introduced,and the mechanism and process flow of low temperature sludge drying technology were briefly described.In practice,the low temperature residue heat from the conversion unit was used as heat source to dry the sludge,which can effectively reduce the cost of sludge drying.Sludge after drying is sent to the boiler as blended feedstock to burn to produce steam as byproduct,which can not only solve the problem of sludge treatment,but also utilize the organics in the sludge and burn to produce heat energy,therefore verifying its feasibility and the economic benefit.Further optimization and improvement of sludge drying plant also achieved its long term,stable and cost saving operation.
