论中国特色社会主义制度优越性的对外传播策略

On the External Communication Strategy of the Superiority of theSocialist System with Chinese Characteristics

加强中国特色社会主义制度优越性的对外宣传是党的宣传工作的一项重要任务,是中国特色社会主义事业发展的现实需要,目前这一工作还比较薄弱,存在“有理说不出,说了传不开”的问题,为此,优化对外传播策略成为当务之急。要做好这一工作,必须以马克思主义的科学社会主义理论为指导,坚持理论与实际相结合、原则性与灵活性相结合,以中国特色社会主义制度优越性的理论解读为基础,聚焦中国特色社会主义制度优越性话语体系的建构,实现话语体系的对外转换,着眼对外传播实效,改进传播策略,进行全方位针对性的对外宣传,同时优化具体策略,使中国特色社会主义制度优越性的理念在国际社会更加深入人心。

Strengthening the external publicity of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is an important task of the Party’s publicity work and the practical needs of the development of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.At present,this work is still relatively weak,and there is the problem of“being unreasonable and unable to spread.”Therefore,it is urgent to optimize the external communication strategy.To do this work well,we must take the Marxist theory of scientific socialism as the guidance,adhere to the combination of theory and practice,principle and flexibility,and focus on the construction of the discourse system of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics on the basis of the theoretical interpretation of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics,so as to realize the external transformation of the discourse system,focus on the effectiveness of external communication,improve communication strategies,carry out all-round targeted external publicity,and optimize specific strategies to make the concept of the superiority of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics more popular in the international community.
