立德树人是中国特色志愿服务的鲜亮底色,是中国特色志愿服务的重要价值取向。高校大学生是2022年北京冬奥会志愿服务的主力军,北京冬奥会志愿服务为立德树人提供了重要契机和有效途径,有助于在青年志愿者中厚植爱国主义情怀,引导青年志愿者做中华民族伟大复兴的追梦者;有助于弘扬志愿服务精神,激励青年志愿者做社会主义核心价值观的践行者;有助于传承奥林匹克精神,感召青年志愿者做人类命运共同体理念的推动者。做好2022年北京冬奥会志愿服务工作,要深入学习贯彻习近平总书记关于青年成长成才和志愿服务发展的重要论述精神,将立德树人目标要求嵌入北京冬奥会志愿服务全过程,深刻认识北京冬奥会志愿服务立德树人的时代使命,努力构建北京冬奥会志愿服务协同育人体制机制,将立德树人理念有机融入北京冬奥会志愿服务运行各环节,为新时代青年全面发展发挥独特的实践育人功能。

Moral education is the important political idea of the Communist Party of China in governing the country,and also the bright background color of volunteer service with Chinese characteristics.To ensure the volunteer service scheme for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games a great success,it is of vital importance to have a deepening understanding of the special function of volunteer service as an innovative platform for moral education.Under the guidance of comments and instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on all-round development of youth and volunteer service,it is necessary to make full use of the spiritual elements contained in the volunteer service scheme for the Beijing Olympic Winter Games,and integrate the value orientation of moral education into all links and processes of volunteer service for the Beijing Winter Olympic Games,so as to uniquely play a practical and educational function for the all-round development of youth in the new era.
