大病保险与商业重疾险的耦合协调度及发展问题研究

Research on Coupling Degree and Development Issues of Critical Illness Insurance and Commercial Critical Illness Insurance

基于2012~2019年全国31个省市自治区的微观面板数据,运用层次分析法构建大病保险与商业重疾险评级指标体系,并引入物理学中的耦合协调模型从时间与空间两个角度对大病保险与商业重疾险的耦合协调度进行实证分析,研究发现:大病保险与商业重疾险耦合度处于颉颃阶段,且大病保险与商业重疾险耦合协调度逐年上升。东西部商业重疾险与大病保险综合发展水平差异大,全国大部分地区大病保险与商业重疾险耦合度处于颉颃阶段,大病保险与商业重疾险耦合协调度存在失调问题。因此大病保险需要商业重疾险做补充衔接,并需要继续重点发展西部地区的商业重疾险,以达到二者的协调互补。

Based on the micro-panel data of 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions across the country from 2012 to 2019,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance rating index system,and then the coupling and coordination model in physics is introduced from the perspective of time series and space.An empirical analysis of the degree of coupling and coordination between critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance found that:The coupling degree of critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance is in the dying phase,and the coupling coordination degree of critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance is increasing year by year.The comprehensive development level of commercial critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance differs greatly in the eastern and western regions.The coupling degree of critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance in most parts of the country is in the dying stage,and there is a problem of imbalance in the coupling coordination between critical illness insurance and commercial critical illness insurance.Therefore,critical illness insurance requires commercial critical illness insurance to complement and link,and it is necessary to continue to focus on the development of commercial critical illness insurance in the western region to achieve coordination and complementarity between the two.
