川续断对骨组织改建的研究进展

Advances in the study of bone tissue remodeling by Dipsaci Radix

本文对川续断的药理作用、化学成分和骨改建作用的相关研究进行了回顾。通过分析整理近年来国内外论文文献,认为中药川续断对骨改建具有一定的作用,可以通过多个细胞水平和生物学途径干扰骨的新陈代谢,尤其对促进成骨细胞的形成与增殖,加快骨折愈合与修复等方面有着十分重要的影响。笔者对近年来川续断对骨改建作用的研究进展进行综述,为续断的考证,进一步研究提供方法。

This article reviews the research on the pharmacological effects,chemical components and bone remodeling effects of Dipsaci Radix.After analyzing and sorting out domestic and foreign papers and literature in recent years,it is believed that the traditional Chinese medicine Dipsaci Radix has a certain effect on bone remodeling.It can interfere with bone metabolism through multiple cellular levels and biological pathways,especially to promote the formation and proliferation of osteoblasts,and accelerate fractures.Healing and repairing and other aspects have a very important impact.The author summarizes the research progress of Dipsaci Radix on bone remodeling in recent years,and provides methods for the research of continuum and further research.
