前倾倒置位配合侧旁释放位在纠正臀先露中的临床研究

Clinical study of anterior inversion position combined with lateral release position in the correction of breech presentation

目的探讨前倾倒置位配合侧旁释放位在纠正臀先露中的临床效果。方法选取2019年4月至2020年4月在江西省萍乡市妇幼保健院定期产检的120例经超声提示臀位的孕妇,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组(n=60)和对照组(n=60)。观察组行前倾倒置位配合侧旁释放位干预,对照组行常规膝胸卧位干预。比较两组的纠正成功率、顺产率、纠正臀位所需要的时间、干预舒适度及产程。结果干预后,观察组的纠正成功率及顺产率高于对照组,纠正臀位所需时间短于对照组,干预舒适度高于对照组,产程短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前倾倒置位配合侧旁释放位干预可有效纠正臀先露,提升顺产率,缩短纠正成功所需时间,改善舒适度,缩短产程。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of anterior inversion position combined with lateral release position in the correction of breech presentation.Methods A total of 120 pregnant women with breech presentation indicated by ultrasound who underwent regular antenatal examination in Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital were enrolled from April 2019 to April 2020.According to random number table method,they were divided into the observation group(n=60)and the control group(n=60).The observation group was given anterior inversion position combined with lateral release position for intervention,the control group was given routine knee-thorax lying position for intervention.The success rate of correction,normal delivery rate,spending time of breech position correction,intervention comfort and stage of labor between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the success rate of correction and the normal delivery rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,spending time of breech position correction in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,intervention comfort in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and stage of labor in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The anterior inversion position combined with lateral release position for intervention can effectively correct breech presentation,increase normal delivery rate,shorten spending time of breech position correction,improve comfort and shorten stage of labor.
