考虑无功补偿的中/高压配电网双层协调控制方法 被引量:5

摘要 由于当前配电网协调方法没有考虑无功补偿问题,导致网损增加以及电压水平降低。为了有效解决上述问题,提出一种考虑无功补偿的中/高压配电网双层协调控制方法。分析无功补偿对中/高压配电网作用以及补偿装置的影响,择优选取无功补偿方式,确定配电网多种优化指标,组建双层协调控制模型。选取最小电压偏差为目标函数,采用模拟退火粒子群算法对模型进行求解,获取双层协调控制方案。仿真实验结果表明,所提方法能够有效降低网损,提升电压水平,达到理想的控制效果。 Because the reactive power compensation is not considered in the current distribution network coordination method, the network loss increases and the voltage level decreases. In order to solve the above problems effectively, a double-layer coordinated control method for medium/high voltage distribution network considering reactive power compensation is proposed. This paper analyzes the effect of reactive power compensation on medium/high voltage distribution network and compensation devices, and selects the best reactive power compensation mode. Various optimization indexes are determined, and a double-layer coordinated control model of is established. In order to obtain the optimal voltage control function, simulated annealing particle swarm optimization(PSO) algorithm is used to obtain the optimal voltage control function. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively reduce the network loss, improve the voltage level and achieve the ideal control effect.
