摘要
本文旨在为电子商务网站的质量评估提出一种新方法。通过在线活动评估客户的满意度,电商网站的标准视为评估系统的输入变量,考虑到消费者的行为可能被解释为模糊值的事实,这些标准的值是根据潜在用户使用该网站的在线行为隐式捕获的。所提出的电商数据评估模型是一种多准则程序,结合模糊逻辑,可以搜索有价值的动态信息,以自动评估电子商务网站,提高销售量,由网站管理员做出决策并满足客户需求。根据客户的行为评估确定不同电子商务客户满意度标准的重要性。
This article aims to propose a new method for the quality evaluation of e-commerce websites. Evaluate customer satisfaction through online activities. The e-commerce website’s standards are considered as input variables to the evaluation system, taking into account the fact that consumer behavior may be interpreted as ambiguous values. These standard values are based on the potential users using the website online The behavior is implicitly captured. The e-commerce data evaluation model proposed in this article is a multi-criteria program that, combined with fuzzy logic, can search for valuable dynamic information to automatically evaluate e-commerce sites, increase sales, and make decisions by webmasters and meet customer needs. The importance of determining different e-commerce customer satisfaction standards based on customer behavior assessments.
