摘要
为提高不动产登记信息管理平台的查全率,本文基于三层B/S架构设计了不动产登记信息模块化管理平台。数据层、逻辑层和应用层组成平台结构,划分不动产单元全生命周期、空间数据管理、统一管理单元3个模块为信息管理过程,并利用数据转换器实现层级间的请求转换处理,实验结果说明该平台具有较高的查全率,管理能力较好,能够为不动产登记信息的高效管理提供技术支持。
In order to improve the recall rate of real estate registration information management platform, this paper designs a modular management platform of real estate registration information based on three-tier B/S architecture. The structure of the platform is composed of data layer, logic layer and application layer. The whole life cycle of real estate unit, spatial data management and unified management unit are divided into three modules as information management process, and realizes the system operation and maintenance through modular management. The experimental results show that the platform has a high recall rate and good management ability, which can provide technical support for the efficient management of real estate registration information.
