基于隧穿磁阻效应的随器量测电流传感器研究 被引量:3

摘要 随器量测是能源互联网发展背景下低压电网新型感知量测业务的下沉。文章以隧穿磁阻材料为基础,研究了应用于随器量测场景的电流传感器技术,开展了传感器整体架构、聚磁系统、信号处理电路、低功耗供电单元和小型化结构的设计,并根据应用需求开展了环境适应性设计。试验结果表明,所研制的随器量测电流传感器在±25 A测量范围内的输出线性度良好,最大误差不超过1%,传感器在1 kHz范围内幅频响应误差在1%以内。所研究的传感器具有高灵敏度、小型化、高集成度的优点,能够为配电侧新型感知业务提供量测基础,进而为能源互联网数字化建设提供技术支撑。 In-device measurement with sensors is the industrial practice of a new type of sensing service for low voltage distribution network in energy Internet.This work researches the micro current sensor technology applied in in-device measurement based on the tunnelling magnetoresistance material.The overall structure,magnetic concentrating system,signal processing circuit,low-power supply unit and miniaturization structure are designed,and the environmental adaptability design is carried out.The experimental results show a good performance on linearity within measurement range of±25 A,and the maximum error is less than 1%.The amplitude frequency response of the sensor within 1 kHz range is less than 0.1%.The sensor developed in this work has the advantages of high sensitivity,miniaturization and high integration.It can support the measuring demand for new sensing service in the distribution side,and provide a technical support for the digital construction of energy internet.
