不同年龄段复发性流产患者染色体多态性检出情况分析

Analysis of Chromosome Polymorphism in Patients with Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion in Different Age Groups

目的探讨不同年龄段染色体多态性与复发性流产的关系。方法回顾性分析2015年1月至2018年12月于空军军医大学第二附属医院生殖医学中心就诊的1290对夫妻染色体多态性情况。选取945对复发性流产的夫妻为复发性流产组,选择同期因其他原因完善染色体检查的无流产史的并至少生育一胎的345对夫妻作为对照组。按照年龄、性别分层分析两组夫妻染色体多态性的发生情况。结果复发性流产组夫妇中总体染色体多态性检出率高于对照组(P<0.05)。进一步年龄分层分析结果显示,复发性流产组中<35岁组者及35~岁组者染色体多态性检出率均高于对照组(P<0.01);复发性流产组中≥40岁者染色体多态性检出率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。性别分层分析结果显示,男性中,复发性流产组<35岁组者及35~岁组者染色体多态性检出率均高于对照组(P均<0.05);女性中,复发性流产组<35岁组者及35~岁组者染色体多态性检出率均高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论不同性别染色体多态性与复发性流产均有关,且与年龄密切相关。染色体的多态性对于年龄<40岁的复发性流产夫妻的病因探查更具参考价值。

Objective To investigate the relationship between chromosome polymorphism and recurrent spontaneous abortion in different age groups.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the chromosome polymorphism of 1290 couples admitted to the Reproductive Medicine Center of the Second Affiliated Hospital of the Air Force Military Medical University from January 2015 to December 2018,of which 945 couples with recurrent abortion were selected as recurrent abortion group,and 345 couples in the same period without abortion history,had given birth at least one child and completed chromosome examination for other reasons are selected as control group.Age and gender data of the two groups were collected.The ratio of chromosomal polymorphism between the two groups was compared.According to the age stratification analysis,the proportion of chromosome polymorphism in the two groups was analyzed.Results The detection rate of chromosome polymorphism in recurrent spontaneous abortion group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Further age stratification analysis showed that the detection rate of chromosome polymorphism was significantly higher in the<35 years old group and the 35-years old group of the recurrent abortion group than in the control group(P<0.01);For≥40 years old,there was no significant difference in the detection rate of chromosome polymorphism between the recurrent abortion group and the control group(P>0.05).Stratified by gender,in men,the detection rate of chromosome polymorphism was significantly higher in the<35 years old group and the 35-years old group of the recurrent abortion group than in the control group(P all<0.05).In women,the detection rate of chromosome polymorphism was significantly higher in the<35 years old group and the 35-years old group of the recurrent abortion group than in the control group(P all<0.01).Conclusion Chromosome polymorphism is closely related to recurrent abortion and age,which is not related to gender.It is of more reference value to explore the causes of recurrent abortion in couples under 40 years old.
