摘要
下肢静脉血栓后综合征(PTS)是深静脉血栓形成(DVT)最常见的慢性并发症,发生于20%~50%的DVT患者,其中5%~10%的患者发展为重度PTS。目前,PTS的外科治疗已逐渐从开放手术转为腔内治疗,但其最佳干预时机仍存在争议,其腔内治疗的技术细节亦缺乏规范与共识,本文将对上述问题进行阐述,以期促进静脉腔内治疗的发展。
Post-thrombotic syndrome(PTS)of lower extremity is the most common complication of deep venous thrombosis(DVT),which develops in 20%-50% patients after DVT and is severe in 5%-10%patients.The surgical treatment of PTS has changed from traditional open surgery to endovascular therapy.However,there is controversy on the optimal intervention time and technical details of endovascular therapy have not been elucidated.This paper reviews these issues to promote the development of venous endovascular therapy.
