徒手淋巴引流术治疗下肢闭塞性动脉硬化患者的疗效

Effect of manual lymph drainage in arteriosclerosis obliterans of lower extremity

目的探讨徒手淋巴引流术在减轻下肢闭塞性动脉硬化(ASO)患者肢体疼痛中的应用效果。方法选取2020年8月至2021年5月四川大学华西医院收治的100例下肢ASO患者,根据干预方式的不同将其分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。对照组患者接受常规治疗及干预措施,观察组患者在对照组的基础上加用徒手淋巴引流术进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后的疼痛评分、疼痛持续时间、静息疼痛发作频率、间歇跛行距离。结果治疗1周后,观察组患者的临床总有效率为90.0%(45/50),高于对照组患者的72.0%(36/50),差异有统计学意义(P=0.002)。治疗1周后,观察组患者的疼痛评分、静息疼痛发作频率均低于对照组患者,疼痛持续时间短于对照组患者,间歇性跛行距离长于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论徒手淋巴引流术可有效减轻下肢ASO患者的肢体疼痛感,改善间歇性跛行症状,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effect of manual lymph drainage on pain in patients with arteriosclerosis obliterans(ASO)of lower extremity.Method A total of 100 ASO of lower extremity patients admitted in West China Hospital,Sichuan University from August 2020 to May 2021 were collected and according to different intervention methods,they were divided into the control group(n=50)and the observed group(n=50).Patients in the control group received conventional treatment and intervention measures,and patients in the observation group were treated with manual lymph drainage on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,scores of pain,duration of pain,resting pain frequency and intermittent claudication distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result After one week of treatment,the overall clinical effective rate in the observed group was higher than that in the control group[90.0%(45/50)vs 72.0%(36/50),P=0.002];the scores of pain,resting pain frequency in the observed group were lower than those of the control group,and duration of pain in the observed group was shorter than that of the control group,and intermittent claudication distance was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Manual lymph drainage can alleviate pain of patients with ASO of lower extremity,improve intermittent claudication and quality of life of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
