长链非编码RNA在抑郁症中的作用研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 抑郁症是一种常见的心理障碍,抑郁症的发生是遗传、生理、心理、社会等多种因素共同参与的复杂过程。长链非编码RNA(LncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸、无蛋白质编码功能的非编码RNA,可在转录、转录后及表观遗传水平发挥作用,参与调控不同的生理及病理过程。越来越多的研究提示LncRNA与抑郁症关系密切,在抑郁症患者和抑郁症动物模型中,不同脑区中的LncRNA表达谱发生显著改变,可能参与抑郁症的发生和发展,并可能作为潜在的药物治疗靶点,外周血单核细胞中LncRNA可能作为潜在的诊断和预后标志物。本文就近年来LncRNA在抑郁症中的作用研究进展进行综述。
