摘要
本研究利用氯化丁基橡胶和腰果酚作为氯丁橡胶(CR)/天然橡胶(NR)并用胶的相容剂,将其按照一定比例在混炼过程中加入得到CR/NR混炼胶。CR/NR混炼胶在160℃下根据最佳硫化时间硫化得到并用胶。通过橡胶加工分析仪(RPA)研究发现腰果酚的加入,降低了CR/NR混炼胶的储能模量并且降低正硫化时间,提高了CR/NR混炼胶加工性能;通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)分析发现,氯化丁基橡胶和腰果酚都能提高CR和NR的相容性;而差示扫描量热(DSC)结果表明腰果酚不但比氯化丁基橡胶有更好的增容效果,还能在一定程度上起到增塑剂的作用。通过材料力学分析发现,随着腰果酚的加入,CR/NR并用胶的模量大幅度降低,断裂伸长率明显提高。
The chloroprene Rubber(CR)/natural Rubber(NR)compounds were prepared by adding chlorinated butyl rubber or cardanol as compatibilizers of CR/NR blends.CR/NR blends were vulcanized at 160℃ according to the optimum curing time.The results of rubber processibility analyzer(RPA)showed that cardanol made that the storage modulus and the optimum curing time of the CR/NR compounds were all reduced significantly,and the processability of CR/NR blends were improved.The photos of scanning electron microscopy(SEM)indicated that the compatibility of CR and NR could be improved by incorporating either chlorinated butyl rubber or cardanol into CR/NR blends.The curves of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)showed that cardanol not only had better compatibilization effect than chlorinated butyl rubber,but also played the role of plasticizer.The mechanical properties show that with the increase of mass ratio of cardanol,the modulus of CR/NR blends decreased significantly and the elongation at break increased significantly.
