摘要
目的:探讨支架增强显影(Clearstent)技术在冠状动脉弥漫性病变行串联支架置入术中的应用效果。方法:选取医院行冠状动脉弥漫性病变重叠支架置入术的120例患者,按照随机数表法将其分为Clearstent组和冠状动脉造影(CAG)组,每组60例。比较两组患者支架重叠位置、支架可视性积分以及不良心血管事件(MACE)发生率。结果:Clearstent组支架可视性评分显著高于CAG组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.703,P<0.05);Clearstent组重叠效果良好占比为95%,显著高于CAG组(83.33%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=4.227,P<0.05);Clearstent组术后12个月的主要MACE发生率为3.33%,显著低于CAG组(13.33%),差异有统计学意义(x^(2)=3.927,P<0.05)。结论:Clearstent技术能增强支架的可视性,准确指导支架定位以及支架后扩张,在冠状动脉弥漫性病变介入治疗中具有重要作用。
Objective:To investigate the application effect of Clearstent enhancement technique in stent implantation of series connection for diffuse lesion of coronary artery.Methods:A total of 120 patients underwent overlapping stent implantation for diffuse lesion of coronary artery were selected,and they were divided into Clearstent group and coronary arteriography(CAG)group according to random number table method,with 60 patients in each group.The overlapping location of stent,the visual integration of stent and the incidence of major adverse cardiac event(MACE)between two groups were further compared.Results:The visual score of stent of Clearstent group was significantly higher than that of CAG group(t=3.703,P<0.05).The percentage of favorable overlapping effect in Clearstent group was 95%,which was significantly higher than 83.33% in CAG group,with a statistically significant difference(x^(2)=4.227,P<0.05).Incidence of MACE of Clearstent group was 3.33% at 12 th months after surgery,which was significantly lower than 13.33% of CAG group,with a statistically significant difference(x^(2)=3.927,P<0.05).Conclusion:Clearstent technique can enhance the visibility of stents,and accurately guide the position of stent and the expansion post-stent.It plays an important role in interventional treatment of diffuse lesion of coronary artery.
