针刺对老年糖尿病患者局部脑氧饱和度的影响

The effect of acupuncture on regional cerebral oxygen saturation of elderly patients with diabetes

目的:探讨针刺对老年糖尿病患者局部脑氧饱和度(rSO_(2))的影响。方法:选取医院择期行糖尿病足手术的40例老年患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为针刺组和对照组,每组20例。针刺组采用针刺后常规静脉全身麻醉;对照组不行针刺,采用常规静脉麻醉。观察记录两组患者的基本情况、既往病史和术中指标,比较两组患者rSO_(2)的基线值、最小值及最大值。结果:两组患者年龄、性别、体质量指数(BMI)、美国麻醉医师协会(ASA)分级、糖尿病病程、高血压病史、肺部慢性疾病病史、术前血红蛋白水平以及rSO_(2)基线值的比较,差异均无统计学意义。针刺组rSO_(2)最小值和最大值均高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(t=6.2813,t=9.4123;P<0.05)。结论:手术前针刺预处理可以提升老年糖尿病手术患者rSO_(2)。

Objective:To explore the effect of acupuncture on regional cerebral oxygen saturation(rSO_(2) )of elderly patients with diabetes.Methods:40 elderly patients who underwent surgery on diabetic foot were selected and were divided into acupuncture group and control group by random number table method,with 20 patients in each group.Acupuncture group received routinely general anesthesia by vein after acupuncture,and control group received routine anesthesia by vein but not acupuncture.The basic status,past medical history and intraoperative indicator of patients in two groups were observed and recorded,and the baseline values,minimum values and maximum values of rSO_(2) between two groups were further compared.Results:There were no significant differences in age,gender,body mass index(BMI),American Society of Anesthesiologists(ASA)classification,duration of diabetes,medical history of hypertension,medical history of chronic diseases on lung,preoperative hemoglobin level and rSO_(2) baseline value between two groups.The minimum rSO_(2) value and maximum rSO_(2) value of acupuncture group were significantly higher than those of control group,respectively,and the differences of them between groups were statistically significant(t=6.2813,t=9.4123,P<0.05).Conclusion:Preoperative acupuncture pretreatment can improve rSO_(2) in surgically elderly patients with diabetes.
