摘要 目的:研究全面质量管理(TQM)模型在大型医学影像设备管理中的应用,实现大型医学影像设备科学化、精细化与规范化管理。方法:针对医学影像设备、图像质量和人员管理建立TQM模型,对大型医学影像设备进行全面质量管理。选取医院临床在用的16台大型医学影像设备,按照管理方式的不同将其分为对照组和实验组,对照组采用传统管理方式,实验组采用TQM模型的管理方式,比较两组设备的专业检测情况、设备管理质量、操作人员技能评价和图像质量管理的差异性。结果:实验组设备平均故障次数低于对照组,定期全面预防性维护、记录表填写和开机率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=17.29,t=22.35,t=26.31,t=20.31;P<0.05)。实验组的影像设备诊断符合率、报告合格率和图像优质率高于对照组,患者信息不一致和伪影及体位不佳情况低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(x^(2) =423.51,x^(2) =412.36,x^(2) =169.74,x^(2) =62.32,x^(2) =322.55;P<0.05)。结论:TQM模型应用于大型医学影像设备管理,可保证大型医学影像设备的稳定性、精确性和安全性,有效提高医疗服务质量,提升患者的就诊满意度。 Objective:To explore the application of total quality management(TQM)model in the management of large medical imaging equipment,and to realize scientific,refined and standardized management of large medical imaging equipment.Methods:The TQM model was developed from the equipment level,image level and personnel level to manage large medical imaging equipment in an all-round way.Sixteen large medical imaging equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to different management modes.The control group adopted traditional management mode and the experimental group adopted TQM mode.The differences of professional testing,equipment management quality,operator skill evaluation and image quality management between the two groups of equipment were compared.Results:The average number of failures in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the frequency of regular preventive maintenance,record form filling and operating rate were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=17.29,t=22.35,t=26.31,t=20.31;P<0.05).The diagnostic coincidence rate,report qualified rate and image quality rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,the inconsistency of patient information,artifacts and poor posture were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(x^(2) =423.51,x^(2) =412.36,x^(2) =169.74,x^(2) =62.32,x^(2) =322.55;P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of TQM model in the management of large medical imaging equipment can ensure the stability,accuracy and safety of largescale medical imaging equipment,improve the quality of medical services and enhance the satisfaction of patients.
