响应面法优化铁皮石斛花总黄酮的提取工艺 被引量:3

Optimization of Extraction Technology of Total Flavonoids from Dendrobium Officinale Flowers by Response Surface Methodology(RSM)

摘要 利用响应面分析法优化铁皮石斛花总黄酮提取制备工艺,考察单因素试验对乙醇提取浓度、物料比,超声时间对总黄酮提取率的影响,在单因素试验结果的基础上建立响应面回归模型,优化其总黄酮提取工艺。获得最佳工艺条件为:乙醇提取浓度为70%,物料比为52∶1(mL·g^(-1)),超声时间为34 min,在此最佳条件下总黄酮实际提取率为19.50 mg·g^(-1),与预测结果相符,优化的提取工艺理论可行。 The extraction and preparation technology of total flavonoids from Dendrobium officinale flower was optimized by response surface analysis,and the effects of ethanol extraction concentration,material ratio and ultrasonic time on the extraction rate of total flavonoids were investigated by single factor experiment.Based on the results of single factor test,a response surface regression model was established to optimize the extraction process of total flavonoids.The optimum extraction conditions were obtained as follows:ethanol concentration 70%,material ratio 52∶1(mL·g^(-1)),ultrasonic time 34 minutes.Under these optimum conditions,the actual extraction rate of total flavonoids was 19.50 mg·g^(-1),which was consistent with the predicted results,and the optimized extraction process was theoretically feasible.
