The construction of rural culture is an indispensable need to promote the continuous development of the countryside.We must rely on the relevant strategic decisions on rural development in order to obtain the driving force for progress;and at the same time,it is also the spiritual guidance to continuously promote rural revitalization and development.These two aspects complement each other,jointly promoting the increasingly healthy development of rural areas.This paper mainly introduces and explores the strategic decisions on the development and prosperity of villages and related issues such as the construction and development of culture.
