Study on Excellence Creation Practice of Whole Process Management of Construction Engineering

创建优质工程是全面贯彻百年大计质量为本的方针理念,是促进建筑业发展方式转变、推动建筑工程质量全面提升的具体措施。在确定创优目标后,应当按照优质工程的标准夯实质量管理基础,落实工程全过程创优管理,不仅要质量能够达到相关标准,提高过程质量管理效果,同时也要优化施工现场管理与质量管理从而实现创优目标。本文主要以西安胜利饭店工程项目为例,探讨了建筑工程施工全过程管理创优的实践,希望能为我国建筑业实现可持续发展提供参考。

Creating high-quality projects is to fully implement the quality-oriented policy and concept of the centennial plan,which is a specific measure to promote the transformation of the development mode of construction industry and promote the overall improvement of the construction project quality. After determining the excellence creation goal, we should consolidate the quality management foundation according to the standards of high-quality projects and implement the excellence management in the whole process of the project, which not only ensures that the quality can meet the relevant standards and improves the effect of process quality management, but also optimizes the construction site management and quality management to achieve the excellence goal. Taking the project of Xi’an Shengli Hotel as an example, this paper discusses the excellence creation practice in the whole process management of construction engineering, hoping to provide reference for the sustainable development of construction industry in China.
