绿色低碳理念下的客运枢纽规划设计研究

Research on Planning and Design of Passenger Transport Hub under Green and Low-carbon Concept

绿色低碳发展是我国未来发展的战略举措。客运枢纽是城市对外交通与市内交通的衔接节点,通常包含高铁、长途客运、市内轨道交通、公路公交、慢行系统等。作为城市客运体系的重要节点,应围绕绿色、低碳的理念进行规划设计。本文以绿色设计为出发点,分别从规模定位、选址、交通组织、规划布局等几个方面提出客运枢纽的设计要点,并结合案例进行分析总结,为客运枢纽的绿色设计提供参考。此处所指的绿色、低碳是多维度的概念,并非单指节能技术的运用或是景观环境的营造。

Green and low-carbon development is a strategic measure for China’s future development. Passenger transport hub is the connecting node between urban external traffic and urban internal traffic, usually including high-speed rail, long-distance passenger transport, urban rail transit, highway public transport, slow traffic system, etc. As an important node of urban passenger transport system, the planning and design should focus on the concept of green and low carbon. Taking green design as the starting point, this paper puts forward the design points of passenger transport hub from the aspects of scale positioning,site selection, traffic organization and planning layout, analyzes and summarizes the cases, so as to provide reference for the green design of passenger transport hub. Green and low-carbon referred to here are multi-dimensional concepts, not just the application of energy-saving technology or the construction of landscape environment.
