随着突发公共卫生事件的不断发生以及应对突发公共卫生事件系统的逐步完善,新时代的医院特别是传染病楼的设计理念必须适应和超越现有病毒发展的速度。闽清县公共卫生应急服务中心项目在满足规范要求和基本功能需求的前提条件下,尝试在当下绿色低碳背景下为医院使用提供最大的灵活空间,以节省整体抗疫的各项资源。

With the continuous occurrence of emergent public health events and the gradual improvement of the system to deal with public health emergencies, the design concept of hospitals in the new era, especially the infectious disease buildings,must adapt to and exceed the speed of the development of the existing viruses. In meeting the specification requirements and basic functional requirements as the premise condition, the project of Public Health Emergency Service Center of Minqing County tries to provide maximum flexibility for hospital use space under the green and low-carbon background, so as to save various resources for the overall anti-epidemic work.
