基于城市有机更新理念下的城市滨水空间更新策略研究——以南沙区坦尾村城市更新为例

Research on Urban Waterfront Space Renewal Strategy based on the Concept of Urban Organic Renewal——Case study of Tanwei Village in Nansha District

2021年"城市更新"首次写入政府工作报告,我国城市发展从增量发展转向存量优化。实施城市更新要求城市更新走精细化、绿色化、可持续化的有机更新路径。在此背景下南沙区坦尾村在城市更新过程中充分考虑有机更新的理念,通过对城市空间和功能布局优化,提升用地利用效率,植入水系、滨水景观及配套公共设施,丰富城市滨水公共空间层次、构建城市生态本底等方法,实现了对旧村的转型升级,促进区域活力提升。

In 2021, "Urban Renewal" was written into the work report of our government for the first time, which indicates that China’s urban development has shifted from incremental development to stock optimization. Urban renewal should be carried out according to the organic renewal methods of refinement, greening and sustainability. In this context, the organic renewal methods are applied in Tanwei village, Nansha District. The methods mainly include optimizing urban space and functional layout, improving land use efficiency, implanting water system, waterfront landscape and supporting public facilities, enriching the level of urban waterfront public space and building the urban ecological background, so as to organically realize the transformation and upgrading of the old village and promote the improvement of regional vitality.
