肠菌移植治疗骨质疏松症的研究进展及临床前景

摘要 骨质疏松症是临床上常见的骨代谢性疾病,骨折风险高,致残、致死率高。我国正逐步进入老龄化社会,骨质疏松症已经成为影响老年人身体健康的重大公共健康问题。近年来,肠道菌群与骨代谢的关联受到了越来越多的关注,肠道菌群与骨质疏松症之间存在密切关系。肠菌移植是指将肠道菌群从健康的供体转移到肠道菌群失调的受体,其目的是恢复肠道微生物稳态,改善肠道菌群失调。肠菌移植可以重建肠道菌群,对多种代谢性疾病有良好的治疗效果。肠菌移植可以通过调节肠道代谢产物、肠道免疫等机制调节骨代谢。骨质疏松症作为一种与肠道菌群密切相关的全身性代谢性疾病,通过肠菌移植的方法进行治疗干预具有广阔的临床应用前景。 Osteoporosis is a common clinical metabolic disease,characterized with a high risk of fracture,disability,and mortality.As China gradually stepping into an aging society,osteoporosis has become a major public health problem affecting the health of the elderly.In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the relationship between gut microbiota and bone metabolism.Gut microbiota has been proved to be closely related to osteoporosis.Several studies have shown that fecal microbiota transplantation has satisfying therapeutic effects on a variety of metabolic diseases by reconstructing the intestinal microenvironment.Fecal microbiota transplantation refers to the transplantation of gut microbiota from healthy donors to recipients to restore gut microbial homeostasis and to improve gut microbiota imbalance.Fecal microbiota transplantation regulates bone metabolism by modulating gut metabolites and intestinal immunity.As a systemic metabolic disease closely related to the gut microbiota,the treatment and intervention of osteoporosis by fecal microbiota transplantation have broad clinical application prospects.
