水稻籽粒厚度基因GT1的连锁分析

水稻的籽粒性状包括粒重、粒长、粒宽、粒厚和长宽比等,是影响水稻产量的重要因素,水稻的粒厚性状是籽粒性状的重要组成部分,是水稻重要的经济性状。经多年观察,水稻的巨胚性状与粒厚性状存在连锁遗传,本研究对这两个性状进行了连锁分析,并尝试对粒厚基因GT1进行分子标记定位,为今后对粒厚基因进一步的研究提供参考。

The grain traits of rice,including grain weight,grain length,grain width,grain thickness and ratio of length to width,are important factors affecting rice yield.The grain thickness character of rice is an important part of grain traits and an important economic character of rice.After years of observation,there is linkage inheritance between giant embryo traits and grain thickness traits in rice.In this study,linkage analysis was carried out on these two traits,and molecular marker mapping of grain thickness gene GT1 was attempted to provide reference for further study of grain thickness gene in the future.
