摘要
文章阐述了临洮县食用菌产业生产现状以及在脱贫攻坚中的作用,分析了发展食用菌的优势及限制条件,并提出了扶持壮大新型经营主体,抓好高优技术研发和培训,加大产业政策扶持力度与食用菌保险力度,深入推广和建设“农户+公司+合作社”的农业生产经营模式,加强人才培养等加快食用菌产业发展的对策。
This paper expounds the present production situation of edible fungus industry in Lintao County and its role in poverty alleviation,analyzes the advantages and limiting conditions of developing edible fungi,and proposes to support and strengthen new business entities,do a good job in the research,development and training of high-quality technology,strengthen industrial policy support,strengthen edible fungus insurance,and further popularize and build a"farmer household+company+cooperative"agricultural production and management model,for the purpose of strengthening the cultivation of talents and other countermeasures to speed up the development of edible mushroom industry.
