我国冰雪体育产业高质量发展的内在逻辑、国际经验及实现路径

Internal Logic, International Experience and Realization Path of High-quality Development of China Ice and Snow Sports Industry

冰雪体育产业高质量发展能够推进我国既定的5万亿体育产业产值目标的实现。探究我国冰雪体育产业高质量发展的内在逻辑,参考加拿大冰雪体育产业国际发展经验和措施,从地理位置、体育产业政策、体育产业统计分类体系、产业产值、体育传媒等几个方面进行剖析。研究发现,要实现我国冰雪体育产业高质量发展,需要按照以下具体路径进行:建立动态评价机制,增强产业政策实质性保障;以冰雪项目为试点统计,进一步优化体育产业分类统计;增加冰雪体育赛事规模与质量,优化体育产业结构;实施冰雪体育产业区域化发展战略,提升冰雪体育运动的大众参与度。

The high-quality development of ice and snow sports industry can promote the realization of China’s established target of 5 trillion output value of sports industry. With the experience and measures of the international development of Canadian ice and snow sports industry as reference, this study explores the internal logic of the high-quality development of China ice and snow sports industry, and makes an analysis from the aspects of geographical location, sports industry policy, statistical classification system of sports industry, industrial output value and sports media. It is found that in order to realize the high-quality development of China ice and snow sports industry, it is necessary to follow the following specific paths: establish a dynamic evaluation mechanism and enhance the substantive guarantee of industrial policy;take ice and snow projects as pilot statistics and further optimize the classified statistics of sports industry;increase the scale and quality of ice and snow sports events and optimize the structure of sports industry;implement the regional development strategy of ice and snow sports industry and promote public participation of ice and snow sports.
