摘要
针对汽车零部件中存在大量螺钉卡扣安装的问题,设计一套螺钉卡扣自动安装系统,该系统包括机械系统和自动安装控制系统。机械系统包括振动盘、自动上螺钉机、机器人、末端执行机构和工件治具五部分。自动安装控制系统包括PLC控制程序、机器人控制程序和控制界面程序。螺钉、卡扣分别由振动盘和自动上螺钉机输送至末端执行机构,再由末端执行机构进行安装,螺钉安装时通过扭力控制以控制其安装深度。该系统取代人工安装螺钉卡扣,通过更换工件治具,能够适应不同工件的螺钉卡扣安装,降低工人劳动强度,操作方便,工作可靠,大大提高螺钉卡扣安装的质量和效率。
Aiming at the problem that there are a large number of screws and clips assembled in automotive parts,a set of automatic assembling system is designed,which includes mechanical system and automatic assembling control system.The mechanical system consists of five parts:vibrating plate,automatic screws loader,robot,end-effector and workpiece fixture.The automatic assembling control system includes PLC control programs,robot control programs and control interface programs.Screws and clips are conveyed to the end-effector by the vibrating plate and automatic screws loading machine respectively,and then assembled by the end-effector.Screws are assembled by torque control.The system replaces the manual assembling of screws and clips,and can adapt to the assembling of screws and clips of different workpieces by changing the workpiece fixture,reduce the labor intensity of workers,easy to operate,reliable work,and greatly improve the quality and efficiency of screws and clips assembling.
