摘要
两参数Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布是可靠性工程中非常重要的分布之一。文章给出了全样本场合下两参数Birnbaum-Saunders疲劳寿命分布拟合检验的三种方法,通过Monte-Carlo模拟比较了方法的优劣;给出了求刻度参数与形状参数的区间估计的几种方法,并结合已有的方法通过模拟比较了方法的优劣。
Two-parameter Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution is one of the important distributions in reliability engineering. This paper presents three methods for fitting test of two-parameter Birnbaum-Saunders fatigue life distribution based on full sample, and then compares the advantages and disadvantages of these methods through Monte-Carlo simulation. The paper alsoprovidesseveral methods for interval estimations of scale parameters and shape parameters, and compares the advantages and disadvantages of these methods by using existing methods through simulations.
