学术创业者双重身份整合影响企业绩效的探索性研究 被引量:5

摘要 随着我国鼓励高校教师在岗创业系列政策的出台,如何平衡学术与创业的关系,通过科技创新实现社会服务的高校职能是摆在众多学术创业者面前的难题。对此,以中国"互联网+"大学生创新创业大赛获奖项目为案例库,运用扎根理论研究方法,对多位正在进行学术创业且企业创办时间超过3年的学术创业者进行深度访谈。利用半结构化访谈收集数据,查阅、收集相关高校及其所在地区的公开资料,进行多案例比较分析,构建学术创业者双重身份整合影响企业绩效的理论模型。结果表明,学术创业者双重身份整合通过创业导向、市场导向和技术导向等战略导向的选择实现商业模式的创新,进而影响企业绩效;同时在这一过程中,学术创业者对于外界创业环境的感知和自身内在的职业适应力发挥了调节作用。因此,学术创业者双重身份整合有利于促进科技成果转化、实现学术创业的成功。鉴于扎根理论的局限性,未来仍需采用量化研究的方法对该模型进行实证检验。 With the series of policies to encourage university teachers to start their own businesses in their posts,how to balance the relationship between academic and entrepreneurial, and how to realize the social service through scientific and technological innovation in universities is a difficult problem faced by many academic entrepreneurs.In this regard, taking the award-winning projects of China "Internet + " College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition as the case base, this paper uses grounded theory research method, conducts indepth interviews with a number of academic entrepreneurs who have been starting their own business for more than three years, collects data by semi-structured interview, and consults and collects the public information of relevant universities and regions, then makes a multi-case comparative analysis, finally constructs a theoretical model of the dual identity integration of academic entrepreneurs affecting firm performance. The results show that the dual identity integration of academic entrepreneurs realizes the innovation of business model through the choice of entrepreneurial orientation, market orientation and technology orientation, and then influences the firm performance, meanwhile, in this process, the perception of the external entrepreneurial environment and their own internal career adaptability play a moderating role. Therefore the integration of dual identities of academic entrepreneurs is conducive to promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements and achieving the success of academic entrepreneurship. In view of the limitations of grounded theory, it is necessary to use quantitative research method to test the model.
