跨组织即兴与供应链合作创新绩效:网络惯例和网络权力视角

Inter-organizational Improvisation and Cooperative Innovation Performance of Supply Chain:Perspective from Network Routines and Network Power

为促进提升企业在动态环境下的跨组织即兴能力,改进供应链合作创新绩效,基于"网络—行为—绩效"的逻辑主线,从供应链网络惯例和网络权力的视角实证阐明其二者对跨组织即兴的影响,以及跨组织即兴在网络惯例、网络权力和供应链合作创新绩效之间的中介作用。结果表明:跨组织即兴对供应链合作创新绩效具有显著正向影响;供应链网络惯例的规范共识维度对跨组织即兴和合作创新绩效具有倒"U"型影响,网络惯例的行为默契维度以及网络权力正向影响跨组织即兴和合作创新绩效;跨组织即兴在网络惯例和网络权力对供应链合作创新绩效的影响中发挥部分中介作用。研究的管理启示为:提升供应链成员的即兴能力有利于提升供应链竞争力;要发挥拥有网络权力的企业实施跨组织即兴的作用以提高合作创新绩效;在供应链合作创新中要重点关注网络惯例,使之不断更新与环境适配。

In order to promote enterprises’ inter-organizational improvisation capability in dynamic environment and improve cooperative innovation performance of supply chain(CIPOSC), in this paper, based on the logical thread of "network-behavior-performance", the influences of supply chain network routines and network power on interorganizational improvisation are empirically clarified from the perspective of both of them;meanwhile, the mediating role of inter-organizational improvisation between network routines, network power and CIPOSC is examined. The results show that: inter-organizational improvisation has a significant positive impact on CIPOSC;the specification consensus dimension of supply chain network routines has an inverted U-shaped impact on the inter-organizational improvisation and cooperative innovation performance, the tacit behavior dimension of network routines and network power have positive impacts on the inter-organizational improvisation and cooperative innovation performance;interorganizational improvisation plays a part of medium role in the influence of network routines and network power on CIPOSC. The research contributes some management enlightenments including that improving the supply chain members’ improvisation capacity is conducive for enhancing the competitiveness of the supply chain;enterprises with network power must play the role of inter-organization improvisation to improve the performance of cooperative innovation;the network routines must be focused on to keep them updated for adapting to the environment during the cooperative innovation of supply chain.
