摘要
高炉布袋灰中的氯严重影响其综合利用,可通过水洗的方式除去。试验表明,高炉布袋灰一次洗涤后的泥饼用0.5:1的冲洗水灰比,即可将氯的脱除率从78.9%提高至95%,效果明显;滤液循环洗涤对冲洗后泥饼的脱氯影响不大。试验还发现,冲洗洗泥饼的不同部位,氯的脱除效果接近;板框隔膜空腔充水压榨脱水可进一步降低泥饼水分2%-3%。滤液在蒸发结晶前有必要净化除杂,试验表明,水洗滤液同时添加Na_(2)S、K_(2)CO_(3)净化效果相对较好,Ca^(2+)及Zn^(2+)、Pb^(2+)去除率可达98%以上。
Chlorine in the BF bad dustaffect its comprehensive utilization and can be removed by washing.Experiment shows that The mud after fist washing of BF bag dust is washed by water with 0.5:1 again,then the removal rate of chlorine can be increased from 79%to 95%obviously.The circulating washing of filtrate has little effect on the dechlorination of washed mud.We found from the experiment also that,there are similar chlorine removal effect with different parts of the mud.When the cavity of the filter presses is filled with water,it can further reduce the moisture of the mud by 2%-3%.It is necessary to purify the filtrate before evaporation and crystallization.Experiment shows that the purification effect is relatively well when Na_(2)S and K_(2)CO_(3) are added to the filtrate at the same time,the removal rates of Ca^(2+),Zn^(2+)and Pb^(2+)can reach more than 98%.
